Here’s a link to the [https://download.lenovo.com/consumer/mobiles_pub/ideapad_y700-15_17isk_15acz_touch-15isk_hmm_201510.pdf|Hardware maintenance manual] for your laptop, taken from this [https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/au/en/products/laptops-and-netbooks/ideapad-y-series-laptops/y700-15isk/documentation/doc_userguide|webpage].
The keyboard is part of the uppercase assembly.
Scroll to p.55 to view the necessary pre-requisite steps and then the procedure to remove the assembly.

Usually when attempting to clean/repair keyboards you can introduce more problems than what you originally had. It is better to replace the keyboard or in this case the upper case assembly. On p.76-77 Item #2 you find the ''country specific'' upper case part numbers.

Usually the part number is to be found on the underside of the assembly somewhere if you wish to verify that you have the correct number.
Once you have found the part number appropriate for your particular model variant, search online using the ''part number only'' in the search term of your browser to find suppliers of the part.
