Looks like the screen is faulty, maybe it was dropped before or some liquid drops got under the aluminium bezel whilst cleaning. You can double check it’s a screen issue by plugging an adapter to a monitor/Tv through the thunderbolt port, if the image is fine on external, the display needs to be replaced.
