Problems after root attempt

crwdns2934249:0crwdne2934249:0:

I recently tried to root my phone. After installing the SuperSU I got stuck in a boot loop. I downloaded the stock firmware from Asus website and I was only able to ‘adb push' it into the ad card and then I installed the zip. I used a twrp. The phone seems to work fine now but the sd card is not showing as a storage option and the internal storage has already 16 GB used which storage analyzer detects as 'Other'. Also on top of that device is not detected as rooted ( downloaded titanium backup).

Is there a way to either fix this and free up these 16 GB ? If not can I go back to factory settings? Is there a way to have root-like abilities without SuperSU?

Thank you in advance!
