Hi,

My new MacBook Pro 1.4ghz Touch Bar 2019 kept on crashing due to the battery thinking it had reached 0% and so I would charge it again. This would reboot the device and show 0% on the login page for a few seconds and then show the actual percentage which would be around 80%. This happens every two hours or so and interferes with my school work.

So I took it back and got a replacement, hoping that the issue would go away. I was yet to discover that the problem still occurred. I don’t know if this is a coincidence or not but I really need help.

Is there an easy fix or should I go back to Apple.

I’m running Mac OS Catalina.

Thanks.
