BSOD can be a plethora of reasons, I used to get this a lot when I OC'd my CPU. Whats always a good thing to do is open your computer, dust it and clean it out, unplug your RAM, GPU, CPU power, and MOBO power cables and plug them back in. I would also open up task manager and watch your percentage levels from your CPU, GPU, HDD, and RAM while you run a benchmark of some sort in a game. Another good thing to do is unplug your MOBO battery with the the PSU off and unplugged, and put it back in. That would help me when things were freaking out. Let me know if any of this helps you out.
