Samsung washer power will not stay on

Washer model:wf42h5000aw/a2

After i pressed power button, the panel light blinked for one second. Then lights went off. Nothing happened after.

I purchased a new electronic control board. Same thing happened.

I also tested it on electronic control panel without front face plastic board: i pressed power button, then immediately pressed pause/play button,  1 out of 5 times, the power stayed on and washer was able to complete a 59 min wash and spin cycle. HoweverIf i choose other cycle (delicate wash), the power went off again.

I thought it is a wire adapter connection issue and checked all wires..no problems there ..otherwise washer could not run  59min wash cycle.
