Hello,

Remove the two external screws on the inside of the headphones -they should be directly above the earpieces- and then pull up the plastic ring on the outside of the headphones. It is glued down so a heat gun and/or jimmy would probably be helpful. Once the plastic ring is up, it should be fairly straightforward: remove the screws you see, pop it open.
