While I don’t have an answer to this question, I likely have a cause. The power cord is only about 2 feet long which is a crappy joke. Unless you’re sitting right next to the outlet, the cord is too short. In my experience, the tablet gets dropped and dangles by the cord, is getting pulled by the cord trying to get better situated, etc. Quite frankly, I’m surprised I haven’t broken the cord or where it attaches. I think it’s a crappy deal for Amazon to sell this with such a short cord. Of course, I’m sure that they are looking at the revenue they can generate selling the longer 6ft cords.
