Kia uses a diode hiding behind the drivers kick panel, usually wrapped up with foam tape possibly taped to the wire harness, you can buy this part that you have not yet replaced, Kia should carry it in stock, have seen it several times for dome light issues. Ground wiring is also an issue. Good luck.
