If this is just the water dispenser it sound like the dispenser switch has failed. Remove and test for proper function, if this is okay then move to the control valve there is usually one for the water and one for the ice although they may be packaged together in a single unit. Unscrew each line and see if water it constantly being sent to the door and icemaker... it should only do that when the switch is activated.
