Why is the PSU gets too hot?

hi, i have an old Playstation SCPH-1000 which was in the closet for a long time. (sorry for my bad English)

now when i trun it on, two of resistors on the PSU gets extremely hot. For example if the system work for more than 5 minutes, it will burn the resistors. Also sound of the system plays very noisy from the TV.

i just replace them with two newer resistors but the problem is still exist.

can anyone please give me a solution to fix this?
