The issue I have with mine is I believe a USB port issue. I have to fight it in a specific angle/way to start charging. It's not plug & charge for me. When I do get the charge indicator to appear, 24 hours later the speaker turns on but then critical battery please charge then off.
I think the charge port is the issue for me.
It's too weak to let me play music from it to see speaker quality.
