Since you have a 2011 board it’s useless to go further into looking at the C9560, it doesn’t apply to your Mac, it’s a known issue of the 820-2850 of previous series. Unless you’ve attempted to fix something something yourself, I wouldn’t be overly concerned about that mosfet and the misplaced resistor in pictures for themselves but they might be an indication someone already put his hands on that board before. Being a 820-2915 I wouldn’t be surprised somebody temporarily “fixed” the faulty GPU that plagues your series by “baking” the board.

You can find on the internet several ways to disable the discreet card (hardware, software and hybrid) and use the Macbook with just the integrated Intel HD 3000.. dive into some threads around and pick your own choice.
