It doesn't look like a regular fuse, and they differ also.

It should say j11 on or around the coupling, usually it is either a 2 pin cream coloured flat fuse (might be black now) and it is plugged into a 2 pin connector on the Kinect 2.0...at j11

Or sometimes it's simply a 2 pin Fuse/coupling soldered directly onto the board which can make it a little fiddly to find but usually the latter

I will try to show you my rough first fix before I changed the test bypass and neatened everything up, but hopefully you will get the jist.
