I have a Troy-Bilt TB30R riding mower that i am having trouble with the Speed control lever in first and second gear It will move in any other gear range above that. i recently replaced the drive belt thinking that would solve the issue but it did not. Is there a way to adjust the pulley or rod linkeage?
