Video keeps pausing on iPhone X when played with sound

I have a problem when I play videos with sound on my iPhone X. Anytime I open a Snapchat, Facebook video or even an ad, the video will stop playing when I have have sound on. BUT if I am watching a video preview on Facebook where it’s muted, the video will play perfectly fine. Or if I’m watching a Snapchat without sound, it plays fine until I turn on the sound and the video will instantly freeze and won’t play. I have updated all apps, IOS, reset network settings, tried multiple WiFi’s, tried LTE, and tried a hard reset. I’m completely out of ideas and have never seen something like this before.
Any ideas will will be greatly appreciated.
