iPhone stuck in Boot Loop only turns on plugged in to power outlet.

My iPhones screen recently got damaged to where it couldn’t be used so I got the screen replaced but after the replacement the phone got stuck in a reboot loop. I tried connecting the phone to the iTunes and updated the app but it only connected a couple of times to the pc then after it stopped connecting and I’ve used different cables and still nothing but when I plug it in the outlet it turns on and flashes the Apple logo but when unplugged it doesnt turn on at all only turns on when plugged in outlet and I’ve tried different computers and restarted them and still nothing.
