The SSD most likely gone faulty. Will need to be replaced + windows re-installed.

What I would do first is get windows re-installed as it sounds like the SSD may be still working fine.

Otherwise the SSD might need to be replaced or instead of replacing SSD get a optical drive caddy + replacement hdd or ssd.
