Why my phone does not provide a picture?

So, I have my old u20i. It turns on, vibrates on startup, but no image appears (sony ericsson logo) it does have backlight, (new LCD already) and also replaced the battery to a new OEM one. Wonder if you guys have a clue what could be wrong? Maybe the motherboard? [br]
