rider boggs down after 10 minutes of cutting

Murray model 30550x92d  10HP -30 inch cut

Mine runs  ok  ,then i engage blade  and  cuts ok for  about 10  minutes then boggs down and  halfway cuts grass......Disengage  and   runs fine.....Blade turns freely  with mower off,changed mandrel 5 years  ago,air filter one year ago,motion drive belt 2 months ago,,,,,..could it be  the belt that drives the blade?
