Hi @manuel12345 ,
Don't know the answer but in what position is the Wireless switch on the side of the laptop?
Is it set to position 2 i.e. On or position 3 where it scans for any connections?
Position 1 is the Off position.
-According to the user guide for the laptop, this switch can control the WLAN and the BT.
