XTrons stereo ,steering wheel controls not working!

Hello
recently i upgraded my E90 car stereo to an Android 8.1 DVD Player GPS 4G WiFi DAB+ OBD2 from XTrons.
sometimes steering wheel controls won’t work,and the stereo would be working fine !
i would have to switch car on off couple times until they come up !
