Hi, I just had the same problem, the Ink cartridge was locked in since the white plastic lock didn’t wanna budge.[br]

I was able to get the plastic lock to go down by manually turning one of the small white threaded wheels on the opposite side of the ink cartridges using my finger, it seems to control the lock.
That being said I still have my 0x9A error but at least I can get my ink out
