BLE/Bluetooth can't connect with iBeacon's

HI,

I have a Samsung A7 from 2017 which can’t connect to iBeacons via bluetooth/BLE. I have tired to connect via Nokia 6 from 2018 which is working.

Is there any way to update bluetooth on a Samsung A7, all factory updates have been made.
