The basic functions will work, i think, providing the PC in question offers Bluetooth connectivity. The advanced functions as swipe/scroll etc i doubt that they will work on a PC, due to the lack of driver software. If you have a friend with a dual boot Mac (with bootcamp or a virtual machine) and Windows on it you can check it out.
