I may be wrong but I don’t think that it will work.
According to this [https://www.amazon.com/RCA-Pro10-Tablet-Keyboard-Camera/dp/B00KBV1FMU|link] the RCA Pro 10 OS is Android V4.2.2 and according to this [https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.pac_12.android_player|link] the system requirements for Pac12 is Android V6.0 and up. (Scroll to the bottom of the page to view the “Requires Android” information.
