Harley Evo 1340cc . When I pull in the clutch at traffic light the revs drop to 600 for a split second. The odd time it went up to 1200 for a split second and then back to 1000rpm. Manybthanks

Harley Evo 1340cc . When I pull in the clutch at traffic light the revs drop to 600 for a split second. The odd time it went up to 1200 for a split second and then back to 1000rpm. I've cleaned the carburetor and fuel screen in the tank. Apart from this it has no other issues with normal riding. Many thanks
