Focus Error and Clicking

My camera will only turn on to a blurry screen and “focus error”.  There is also a clicking noise as if the lens is trying to rotate/adjust.  I don’t remember dropping it or anything!  This came seemingly out of nowhere.  Any ideas for a fix?
