You may be out of luck.
Looking at the [https://static1.squarespace.com/static/57d988a08419c2f13895cd88/t/5bfc5ca56d2a7373cd091ff3/1543265486624/HY-LBTY-Manual_OL.pdf|user guide] for a Hover-1 Liberty there is no mention of it having Bluetooth capability, whereas when you search other [https://www.hover-1.com/manuals|Hover-1 models] e.g. Hover-1 Superstar, Chrome, Matrix, H1, Horizon, Eclipse etc it mentions Bluetooth in the specifications.
