Hi volks

Hope you can help me fixing the following Issue. After a long time I found again my very old game gear. If I turn it on (in battery mode) the power button and the screen backlight turns on but there is no image or sound.

Do you know what could cause this issue? Shoul I try to use it attached to a power cable?
