[PLAY, NOT 8X] small purple spots on dark backgrounds

Hello everyone. Recently, I fell while riding my bike (I know, it's dumb) and I noticed these spots on the bottom right corner of my phone's screen (Honor Play). They only appear when the screen is on and kinda dark, but I'm still worried. Do I need to take care of this or can I just let it be?
