Blinking RED light no picture no sound

I bought this kit through Amazon Samsung UN55MU6490FXZA Complete LED TV Repair Parts Kit (Version FA01), installed both boards and still have a blinking red light. Any ideas? I have worked on electronics for over 50 years including on a Nuclear Submarine, so I have some idea what I am doing.
