Lens is fully extended and stuck. Not retracting by any means.

While using my camera in full zoom, it suddenly stopped working and switched off. The lens is still in the fully extended condition and no matter what I do, it is not retracting.
I have already tried ;
# Factory reset

-
# Switching on and off with and without memory card
-

# Switching on and off with and without memory card.
# Cleaning any debris between lens barrel and ring. (even no sign of debris were found)
# Holding many combinations of buttons while switching on and off.

Please help me as I cannot even contain my camera in its cover due to extended lens.
