Hall Sensor False Alarm

I replaced my usb port and now the hall sensor is broken, it thinks I have a magnetic case on even tho it I do not even own one. Have tried to move the phone around to make sure it’s not triggering from something else, no help.  Where is the hall sensor and  what to do with it to fix it?
