Well, very likely there was/is some mistake on disassembly or reassembling..all the “it doesn’t work after replacing this or that” head that way. Unless you shorted out something along the way it should be sufficient to double check your work once more and make sure flex cables are correctly plugged in. The 2016 retina doesn’t have any other specific/typical issues with keyboard
