@tricial looks like the O-ring from around the puncture needle. Slightly different model but take a look on step 2 on this guide [guide|44713]

@tricial just pretty much tore mine down and the only one my machine has is the one on the top needle. double check to see if your your O-ring is still there. sorry about the poor picture quality. Taking upside down and no prescription glasses handy to focus my eyes ;)
