I no longer own my RCA tablet but before selling it I did a Factory Reset easily. Going from.memory, go to Settings. Open and read each Category there. In one of them is an Option saying “Factory Reset”. Skip the obvious ones like Display, Connections, Apps but I promise it is there. If any Category offers an Advanced option be sure to read that. Once you find Factory Reset, just click on it. If it asks if you are sure and warns you will lose all Data, etc, just cluck yes anyway. The tablet will turn off when reset is finished. When you turn it on, you will be at the initial Setup where you choose Language, Date/Time and so on. Follow the prompts and you will have a tablet all set to go. You will have to re-add any special apps that did not come factory installed. If you had files, documents, music or photos, put them on your SD card before doing the Factory Reset and remove card before doing Reset. When card is reinserted, your Files and Photos, etc can be moved back to hard drive if you wish. This is a simple fix. I am sorry I cannot remember exactly which Category the reset is under so you do not have to read all to find it. Good luck and enjoy. It is a good product if a bit slow as it only has 1G RAM not expandable. The USB and HDMI Port features make up for that. Worth your money!
