I have a power washer that tipped forward during travel and the pull string would not pull. I took out the spark plug and pulled it to remove the oil but when it runs it will not hold pressure  and smokes. I have changed the spark plug 4 times so I assume i need to clean oil out of it in another area.

Any advice?
