What i did to fix mine was remove the ear buds and take something to scrape off the ear wax. Also then remove the little black mesh because ear wax gets behind it and the glue they use basically cements the wax behind the mesh. Clean the inside then try your best to put the black mesh back on. If you cant i dont think it is very necessary.
