-@real_yeetsouls “replacing it with a similar BGA processor “not going to work. Y you will need something that is identical to the BGA1023 of your processor not similar. You will also need a rework station to get this array properly aligned. Not saying that it can’t be done but if you have never done it or do not have the right tools to do so, I would consider replacing the complete laptop. A new processor may not recognize the architecture of your current motherboard etc.
