Tablet stuck in FRP mode - I will not accept account

Tablet stuck in FRP after hard reset.
I was given this tablet as a gift by a friend, but she suffers from M.E so is forgetful about the device being set up.
I am not sure if it because another Gmail account was used to set it up.
I have tried the bypass method using the keyboard, but it only has a standard android keyboard at set up !!!!!!
Is there anyway i can get into the ROM and see what e mail is registered on the devices FRP.
OR
Can anyone show me or direct me on how i can wipe the ROM with a new “custom" ROM - or new STOCK ROM
