Ue megaboom speaker was working great, but i have dropped it from a height of 100cms, after that its not holding the charge, but it works fine if i am charging and using adapter. And its turning off if i am removing it from charging . Bluetooth and other functions are working fine and sometimes its coming up with the message “critical battery” with red light flashing on the power switch even if its connected to charger. Its quite annoying, please help.
