I know what it is. It is one of the 10uf Capacitors. On a 27HD there is a video. Yours might be slightly different but this is a common failure.

Basically you have 1-6 caps on a board that are easily testable. One or more of them has shorted to ground. Removing the shorted one will actually get it to work. There are more caps than needed (typical of every electronic) that being said it would be better to replace it. I know it’s a 10uf smd cap but don’t know the voltage. :(
