firmware upgrade crashes camera

crwdns2934249:0crwdne2934249:0:

-during a firmware upgrade from v3.2 to v3.21 the process quit with an error message that it could not continue. I am left with an unresponsive camera. The “Access Light” on the bottom of the camera is continually lit as long as there is a battery loaded. I tried Sony’s suggested reset: “Remove battery, turn on, hold down the “firing” button for 30 seconds and release.” I get no change. I also tried Sony’s suggestions of re-launching the process (multiple times) with no change. I move the attempts from my Mac laptop to a Dell desktop running Windows 10.1 with no change. Any ideas?
