I’m trying to replace the belt that drives the rollers. I have it apart but I cannot find any way to access the belt. It almost looks as if one has to take out the whole motor assembly to get the access to the belt area. The belt is hanging lose,so I am sure the rubber grooves have been shredded. Thanks, Bob

UPDATE: This Shark model is slightly different from those shown on the Internet. There are two small rubber belts enclosed in an orange plastic assembly. To get to this assembly, you have to remove the rubber bumper on the corner of the machine which in turn removes a small plastic corner piece that covers the screw holding the orange assembly in place. In my case, my daughter failed to remove the hair around the brush roller and it jammed to the extent that it broke the drive wheel cog that turns the brush roller. Belts were fine. My next step is to contact a repair center near me and see if I can purchase the orange drive assembly.
