So when I use this phone, the charger works only when its shut off for some reason so when I turned it off and charged it, It seemed to be full so when I powered it on, it showed “powered by android” then the metroPCS logo, then after that, it powers off then back on to the “powered by android” screen. I went into recovery and did a factory reset but that showed green vertical lines across the screen and it didn’t turn back on. I then tried to put a recovery image onto the MicroSD card but the phone just said “''E:failed to mount /sdcard (no such file or directory)'' “. Anything else for me to try?
