I'm having the same problem with my P20 lite and band 2 pro. It has worked perfectly but since the latest upgrade (5th May) there is no link. I have reinstalled from Huawei apps and as it is an older app it works again - until it upgrades (even though I have turned auto upgrade off) then I have to uninstall and reinstall again. Get your act together Huawei!
