Dear Readers,

I have had my Kenwood chef major (the large one) for about 3 years.  I would like to know if I should worry about the machines change in the way it sounds.

Last week my machine started a making a different type sound than it used to. The pitch (tone) in the should got much lower and deeper.

I have disassembled machines in the past, and I have a suspicion it has to do with lubrication in the machine. I just would like to know if someone else can confirm that based on this description and if anyone maybe has some pointers on where to start if is.
