-You have to use a fine soldering tip to form a small glob of solder across the knocked off resistor/inductor pads. It's best to use low head so that the solder doesn't flow too easily in order to create a create a bridge across the pads on the circuit board. Also, it's really easy to run the solder over the wrong pads, creating an even bigger issue. It's not an easy task, so those who don't have the right tools and/or skills it's probably best to take it to a local phone repair shop and ask them to bridge the pads.
