Hi , my Moto G3 is with same problem. Fail to sound sometimes. Remove rear cover and press with finger the circular shape at rear base of device (near to charger conector).
Hi , my Moto G3 is with same problem. Fail to sound sometimes.
Press with finger the circular shape at rear base of device (near to charger conector).
The problem is misconnection at speaker.
To solve this, must replace speaker.
